1. First and Foremost B52F does not have and will never need an H.M.F.I.C. All members have an equal voice in matters pertaining to the operation of the clan no one voice carries more weight than another. 2. The use of Hacks, Cheats and scripts is strictly forbidden any member of the clan caught using any program that produces an unfair advantage will be subject to disciplinary action. This action may include being removed from the clan and being banned from our server. 3. While you wear the tag of the clan you represent the clan all members must adhere to the guidelines of this code on our server and on any other server you chose to visit. Any member that violates this code can be subject to disciplinary action. 4. All members of B52F are responsible for policing the servers any unacceptable behavior should be acted upon by all members present on the server. We must all take an equal responsibility for keeping our server clean and a fun place to play. 5. All members must be careful not to abuse your ADMIN privileges. Map changes must be voted on and any disciplinary action must be preceded by warnings to the offending players. Members should act on all unsportsmanlike behavior (i. e. Team killing, Team wounding, Verbal abuse of Members and quests, Mike spamming, profanity and pornography). A consensus among clan members present regarding unsportsmanlike behavior is the best way to act. Whenever possible inform fellow clanmates about violations and act together to control the situation. If a player is suspected of cheating inform fellow clan mates present do your best to gain proof before acting and post the offending players Steam ID in the proper forums. 6. Pornographic sprays are strictly forbidden any player caught defacing the server maps with pornography will be kicked and possible banned. Any Clan members spraying pornography in game or posting on the server will be subject to disciplinary action. Both the server and the forums must maintain a PG-13 rating. 7. Discussion of Illegal drugs on the forums and in games is forbidden. 8. If Disciplinary action is needed against a clan member. A council of five members will be elected to oversee the discussion . The council will then decide if case against the said member is valid. Any clan member called before the council as a witness or a defendant is obligated to tell the truth. The Council will then decide upon the appropriate action. Guidelines for disciplinary actions are Counseling, Censure, Loss of Admin privileges and Dismissal from the clan. |
