Latest Steam Prob maybe a fix
faileddll/client server name not matching ,we have been told delte the bin folder in steam and retry,i tried it even though i did'nt need to the bin file was reloaded back in,so give it a go and see,seems as everyone has tried everything else one more wont hurt lol your bin folder you want is in :
After you have done the above you may start just to get "time Outs" if you do shut steam down again i know a pain! lol but hopefully you should be fixed,delete the following and restart Steam:
AppUpdateStats.blob ,Client registry blob,Steam.dll,mss32_s.dll,tier0_s.dll,vstdlib_s.dll
C:- progs-steam-bin folder [ for 64 bit users progs is prog x86] rememeber you can only delte it when your logged out of Steam
